Contemporary dance :

Contemporary dance is a style of dance, and is a style where you dance to music or no music, and tell a stroy through the way your body moves.I find it very beautiful because the way you have to show what you are trying to say just through the way you move your body, and somtimes where it has no music to dance to, it is even more intenseive to watch. 

Then makes you want to watch more of it and try and find out what they are trying to say.
If you dont know what this style of dance this is ..... it is very close to ballet but not as strick with your feet and your core but it is very hard to do through.

I have done this style for dance, not for long but I got into a dance place called "QL2" is a very talented group of only 30 people. It is just so amazing to find out what I can do with my body and how I can move in an many different ways.

kayan tribe ( long neck women) and why i think it is beautiful

The 'Kayan Tribe' is a group of women that have rings around their neck to make them seem longer and more attractive. The 'Kayan Tribe' is from Thailand and south Africa.
They get gold rings around their neck to show other people who they are and where they are from (identity), and it is a sign that says that they will marry only in their tribe.

The 'Kayan Tribe' women get their first ring around their neck when they are at the age of 5-7.

Then they can choose when they get their next one put on. The way they are put on is, it is one big spiral of rings, and they just tighten them around the neck to stretch the skin and muscle on their neck. They also get rings on their knees, wrists, around the rib cage.


People think that if they take the rings off the neck, the weight of the head is so heavy that the neck can't hold it, so the neck will just break. All this is wrong. The women of the 'Kayan Traibe' take their rings off all the time so they can look after the skin on their neck and make sure that their neck is healthy. The rings on their neck seems REALLY long but it is actually not, the rings around their ribs cage pushes their neck up to look like it is longer then an average neck.

In my opinion I think that the women of the 'Kayan Tribe' are very beautiful because, of the way that they believe in something very strongly and it is their way of life.I have never had a way of life that I have stuck to and had a strong belief in. So to read and look up websites on their culture and to explore what they believe in is just so beautiful and amazing. That is why I think that the 'Kayan Tribe' is very, very beautiful. I hope you can enjoy the beauty in their culture as much as I have.
